Solarvertech takes you to know one of the photovoltaic off-grid inverters – Analysis of output voltage
The solar off-grid inverter industry is becoming more and more fierce and the profits are getting lower and lower. Many manufacturers are trying to cut corners in order to reduce costs. Many unsuspecting customers often jump into some unscrupulousness without knowing it. The merchants dug the pits, but they didn’t know that they felt that they had bought a price-performance “super high” device in front of them, and all kinds of distress would follow. The following Solarvertech New Energy introduces the output voltage in the main technical specifications of the off-grid inverter:
1. Rated output voltage: The inverter should maintain the rated voltage value of the output within the allowable fluctuation range of the specified DC input voltage. The stability accuracy of the output rated voltage value should be as follows:
A. During steady state operation, the voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±3% or ±5% of the rated value.
B. Under the influence of sudden load (0%, 50%, 100% of rated load) or other disturbance factors, the output voltage deviation should not exceed ±8% or ±10% of the rated value.
C. The inverter should have sufficient rated output capacity and overload capacity to meet the electrical power requirements of the equipment under the maximum load. When the load of the inverter is not purely resistive, that is, when the output power factor is less than 1, the load capacity of the inverter will be less than the rated output capacity value given.
D. In the off-grid solar photovoltaic power generation system, the storage battery is used as the energy storage device. When the battery with the nominal voltage of 12V is in the floating state, the battery terminal voltage can reach 13.5V, and the short-time overcharge state can reach 15V. When the battery is terminated with load, the voltage can be reduced to 10.5V or lower, and the voltage of the battery terminal can reach about 30% of the nominal voltage. The inverters produced by Solarvertech New Energy have better voltage regulation performance and can ensure that the solar photovoltaic system provides a stable AC voltage for the AC load.
2. the output voltage stability of the inverter represents the voltage regulation capability of the inverter output voltage. Most inverter products give the percentage deviation of the inverter output voltage within the allowable fluctuation range of the input DC voltage. For voltage regulation. A high-performance inverter should also give the percentage deviation of the output voltage of the inverter when the load has a 0%-100% change, which is usually called the load regulation. The sine wave inverters (NP, NK, FS series) produced by Solarvertech have a voltage regulation rate ≤ ± 3% and a load regulation rate ≤ ± 6%.
3.the output voltage waveform distortion. When the output voltage of the inverter is sinusoidal, the maximum allowable waveform distortion (harmonic content) should be specified, usually not exceeding 5%, and the harmonic content of the inverter produced by Solarvertech New Energy does not exceed 3%.
